Not particularly insightful.
Kinda dumb and after watching Reds Rewind Classics you can add creepy to the list of problems with Jeff Brantley.
When he's not acting like a spazz he's looking at Thom. When he's not looking at Thom he leers at the camera with a shit-eating grin that's a cross between a serial killer and televangelist.
