"handcrafted"

I've been listening to XM at work lately and i'm disturbed/fucking annoyed by the use of "Handcrafted" in their ads.
"Deep tracks has Handcrafted sets for the classic music lover"
"Sets handcrafted by Bob Dylan for you the listener."

1) I understand its a backlash against the robo-programmer radio stations out there
2) But handcrafted? Is pressing a few buttons and re-ordering a queue hand-crafting? More junk catchphrases and meaningless words. or should I have said "verbage?"
